Edground, the DJ extraordinaire, and well read journalist who counts one of his blessings as ownership in world-respected Grooveland Music, a label exposing the soul of Brazil and its many intra-ethnic connections.

As a DJ, Edground always does incredible mixes that are journeys between Brazilian and African feelings with soulful and jazzy house grooves as well as amazin sounds around the world. His talent was enough to put him as a Shelter DJ in a Club Shelter Brazilian Tour in 2006, as well as, to be the first brazilian house dj to play at Club Shelter Party in Miami at WMC with Timmy Regisford and Quentin Harris. He did a tour in 2007 at Chile, playing in Santiago and Viña del Mar. Also, in 2008, he played in New Jersey at Deep & Sexy Party and New York at Alma Party at Sullivan Room.

Nowadays Edground is producing his music himself with his friends Azee & Claudio Mansur as BSC (Brazilian Soul Crew). Check their single called “Brazilian Soul” released out by Conya Records with Can7 and Haldo remixes. As the single “I Got Love 4 You” is out on Chicago known label, Abicah Soul. Also, “Eu Soul” on Grooveland Music with Anto Vitale, Abicah Soul and Seedadian Deep remixes. Also, they are doing remixes for DJ Rico, 2Brothers of Soul, Abicah Soul, Keith Thompson, Stereo Mutants, Patrick Green, Sueno Soul, DJ Aphreme, etc.

Edground has been playing some Jazz Festival in Brazil, like: Campos do Jordão and Jazz Festival, Brasilia Music & Jazz. Also in these parties and clubs: Colors House music party/São Paulo, Deep House Culture party/Brasilia, D.edge/Campo Grande, Living Room/Belém, Gate´s Pub/Brasilia, Deseo/ Balneário Camboriu, Beats Club/ Curitiba, Jive/Curitiba, A Loca/São Paulo, Sunday Sessions/São Paulo, Ampgalaxy/São Paulo, Spin/Rio de Janeiro , Kraft Club/Campinas.
